Ranger Dog!

This website is for all the fans/friends of Ranger (F.O.R.s) out there. Ranger wishes to send a big hug out to all of you.

Ranger is an unknown breed adopted from the Kitsap Humane Society. He was thought originally to be part Border Collie, now he is believed to be an English Shepherd.

One of the things Ranger has been trained to do is pull a cart, Flikr contains still photos of his cart training. There is video of his carting on youtube. For a treat one day, Ranger got to go sheep herding, he has two videos of this on youtube: Sheep herding 1 and Sheep herding 2.

Other things that "Ranger Danger Dog" can do include: recycling plastic bottles, choosing between two things, "high fives", and "speak" "talk" and "bark" as well as normal dog tricks. Ranger also can go "for bike rides" (be put in a harness and attached to a "springer" so he can safely run alongside a bike.)

Ranger is a working dog as well as a pet dog, he is a therapy dog with Therapy Dog International, and is a guest dog in schools. Despite everything he does though, Ranger is first and foremost, a family pet. His favorite things to do are: go on trips or for walks with his "Pack", try to play with the cats, visit his friends (canine and human) in the neighborhood, play, and go to the dog park.
